A growing queue can suggest a bottleneck, but status counts do not explain what is blocking the work. Daily snapshots show net changes; they do not reconstruct individual card movements.

Connecting it
This one takes a little setup. Create a Notion connection with Read content access and share the original database with it. Counts build daily; past card movements cannot be recovered.
- 01Connection token
Create an internal connection in Notion with Read content access. Add it to the database using Connections.
- 02Data source ID
On the original database, open Manage data sources → Copy data source ID. Use the ID, not a database URL or linked view.
- 03Status property nameoptional
The exact name of a property of type Status. Defaults to Status.
- 04Choose what it may watch
Every source states what it is allowed to look at. Ingesting everything available is how this becomes another dashboard nobody opens.
Credentials are encrypted and used read-only — nothing is ever written back to Notion. Answers are synthesized by an open-weights model on Amazon Bedrock, so no foundation-model vendor sees your data; Enterprise runs that model in your own AWS account.
