Amplify human judgement

Most agents ask computers. Ours ask humans.

Ask out loud. It finds everyone in your company who would know — not just the obvious person — and brings their answers back as one.

Integrations

Your tools raise it. Your people explain it.

A connected tool is an alarm clock, not an answer: it says a number moved and stops there. VoiceMemo takes it from that point — working out which move is worth a person’s time, then asking everyone who would know, the rep and the support lead and the engineer, not just whoever owns the dashboard. Read-only, in your own cloud, nothing written back.

Not listed? Any MCP server works — if a system can expose a metric over the Model Context Protocol, VoiceMemo can watch it without anyone minting an API key. A spreadsheet with a metric, a date and a value per row works too, and is the quickest way to try this on your own numbers.

Where questions come from

Three ways in. Many voices, one answer.

However a question starts, what follows is the same: it goes to everyone who would know — a handful of people, usually across several teams — each answering in ninety seconds of voice, and all of it returned as one answer. Asking one person is just email; the answer is in what several of them say together.

Measured against a goal you set

Accept a goal and it asks everyone working on it, on a cadence — so a question is due because week six arrived, not because something broke.

What's making average deal age hard to bring down?

The answer so far

Security review is adding about two weeks on anything over 50 seats. Legal has a shorter form ready but sales hasn't been told it exists.

A metric moved worth explaining

It watches only the numbers you point it at. When one moves, it asks everyone placed to explain it — not just whoever owns the dashboard.

What are you seeing at the enterprise trial step?

The answer so far

Trial→paid fell from 18.4% to 14.5%. Support says the SSO step now needs an admin who isn't the person trialling it.

Someone simply asks

Say it out loud and it finds everyone who would know, in every team the question touches. No form, no meeting, no setup at all.

How are we doing with sales goals this month?

The answer so far

82% of goal with four days left. The two enterprise deals decide the month — Finance says they only count if signed by the 28th.

Then, every time

01Interviews a group, not a person

Everyone whose work touches the question — a handful of people across several teams, routed by what they know rather than who they report to. Ninety seconds of voice each, on their own time, and answering needs no account.

02Merges them into one answer

Where they agree, where they don't, and who said what — one thing to read, or to listen to on Friday.

What changes

Organizational introspection.

A company that can ask itself things works differently. Not a knowledge base nobody updates — a habit: ask out loud, hear back from five people instead of one, keep moving.

  1. One person's answer is an opinion; six people's is a picture. A question routed by expertise doesn't stop at a department line — sales asks, and finance, support and engineering all answer into the same panel. What comes back is one synthesized answer, with the places they disagree left in, rather than five threads to reconcile.

Your company's voice never leaves your cloud.

Every answer is analyzed by an open-source model running inside your own AWS account. No OpenAI. No Anthropic. No foundational-model vendor ever sees a word your team says.
