Pipedrive integration

Deals, value and win rate in Swoop panels — the half of the story your reps carry and the pipeline view doesn't.

Pipedrive tells you a deal was lost and which stage it died in. It cannot tell you the champion left, or that a competitor started bundling the thing you charge for — and that is usually the actual reason. The rep already knows; nobody has asked them.

Pipedrive metrics Swoop can read

Read-only, and only what you point it at.

  • Deals created by day
  • Deals won by day
  • Deals lost
  • Deal value won

History arrives on connect. Pipedrive hands over past values, so signals can appear on the first sync.

Goals from Pipedrive numbers

Swoop proposes each one with your own baseline in it. Nothing is asked of anyone until you accept.

What it asks, and who it asks

Phrased from the change, never from a theory about the cause — a leading question buys agreement instead of information.

The signal

Deals won fall while deals created hold steady

It asks

What's going wrong late in these deals that wasn't a month ago?

Routed to: The reps with deals in that stage

The signal

Deal value won drops without the count changing

It asks

What are buyers negotiating away right now?

Routed to: Sales, plus anyone in pricing conversations

The signal

Deals lost cluster in one part of the pipeline

It asks

What do these deals have in common that the pipeline doesn't record?

Routed to: The reps who worked them, and their manager

Usually answered by: Account executives, sales leadership and anyone in pricing conversations. Answering is free on every plan — you are never billed for the people who reply.

Connecting it

A couple of minutes. A personal API token from your own account — nothing to install, and no admin to wait for.

  1. 01API token

Pipedrive: your avatar → Personal preferences → API → Your personal API token.

  2. 02Company domainoptional

The part before .pipedrive.com in your account's address. Leave it blank to use Pipedrive's shared endpoint.

  3. 03Choose what it may watch

Every source states what it is allowed to look at. Ingesting everything available is how this becomes another dashboard nobody opens.

Credentials are encrypted and used read-only — nothing is ever written back to Pipedrive. Answers are synthesized by an open-weights model on Amazon Bedrock, so no foundation-model vendor sees your data; Enterprise runs that model in your own AWS account.
